General instructions
Please click on the "Download Remote Support Client" above. You will be prompted to "Run" or "Save" the file, please click on "Run"
You will also receive a security window prompting you to "Run" or "Don't Run". Please select "Run" again.
The software that webFEAT utilizes does not leave any residual traces behind, and rest assured that there is no way for us to regain access to your system
after the support session has been closed.
