webFEAT Donation Form

Thank you for your interest in webFEAT, Inc. as a prospective contributor to your organization. To help us evaluate all requests fairly and consistently, we ask that solicitations for charitable gifts be submitted using the form below.

Please take a moment to review our donation policy, as we can only honor requests that meet the following guidelines.

ELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS

* We accept requests from non-profit organizations only and will not grant donations to for-profit organizations or businesses. As part of the on-line request form, you will be asked to provide a non-profit tax ID number. Eligible organizations must be non-profit and designated as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

* Please note that because we are a Cincinnati-based company, we will give priority to local organizations. Requests will be considered from Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana non-profit organizations in four general categories:

• Community or public service
• Health and education,
• Arts and humanities, and
• Youth and senior citizens.

Requests for support will not be considered from:

• Individuals
• Religious or political groups
• Sporting Organizations

*You must demonstrate stable and continuous management;

*Applicants must have a board of directors and be guided by clear internal and administrative standards and regulations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

*Requests for donations will not be accepted by phone.

*The maximum dollar amount of the website design and development is $5000.

* We ask that all donation requests be submitted by the deadline. This will allow us ample opportunity to review the information and correspond as necessary.

* We request a letter of acknowledgment following the donation.

*Selected organization must be able to submit website content within 30 days after notification of selection. Organizations that can not provide all content within a reasonable time (60 days maximum after selection, will be withdrawn from the donation program and all site work will remain the property of webFEAT.

*Completed website must be hosted on webFEAT servers. No exceptions. Site changes and alterations must be done by webFEAT in order to maintain the integrity of the site design and development.

GENERAL RULES OF ELIGIBILITY

Publicity: webFEAT will publish information about organizations who receive support. Local press releases may also be issued. webFEAT appreciates any organization recognizing its support. If you have questions about webFEAT’s name or logo use, please e-mail the company’s marketing department.

A completed application is not an agreement to honor your request. Donations to non-profit organizations will not be given more than one time within the calendar year. A previous donation does not guarantee that a donation will be offered again for a specific event or donation amount. DUE TO THE QUANTITY OF REQUESTS THAT WE RECEIVE, WE ASK, PLEASE, NO PHONE CALLS.
