So... what happens now?
We break-up your new site's design process into six phases (homepage mockup, interior template mockup, coding, content application, testing, and site launch). Upon receipt of this completed questionnaire, we will begin work on your initial mockup for your new site's homepage and will notify you upon its completion to get your feedback and subsequent approval. The purpose of this is to make sure you are satsifed with the layout, format, and coloring for your new site before we proceed further in your design process. Note that this mockup (as well as subsequent mockups) will be image-based ONLY. There will be no actual functionality at this time. The mockups are strictly meant to give you a feel for the "look" of your new site. Furthermore, at this time, we will only be using "filler" text and photos. No actual content of yours will be used at this point. This helps to expedite the mockup design process, while giving you a sufficient idea of where and how items on your pages will be positioned and laid out. We will also setup your development portal on our "Under Development" page. Once your initial mockup is complete, we will contact you via the preferred method you indicated above and give instructions on how to get to your development portal and subsequent mockups. At that time, we will also inform you of what the next phase in your design process will be and what you can expect from that.

**** By submitting this form, you are agreeing that you have the authority to decisively represent the organization (herein "the client") whose name is being submitted in this questionnaire and that the data collected in this form will become the property of webFEAT, Inc. You also agree that all information collected is as accurate as possible and will act as an agreement between the client and webFEAT, Inc. in regards to the client's preferences in webFEAT's design and production of the client's website. You understand that under no circumstances shall information collected in this form regarding the client's design preferences supercede the original terms laid out in the client's webFEAT contract. You also agree that any work done outside of the scope of this agreement will be considered work done "outside of contract," and may be billable to the client in addition to the client's normal, contractural fees. webFEAT agrees to use the information collected in this form ONLY for the purposes of accurately producing the client's website. No information shall be transmitted in any way to any third-party organizations other than for the purpose of the client's website's production. Further communication between webFEAT and the client shall be conducted via the preferred method collected in this questionnaire. If "no preference" was selected, webFEAT shall use its own discretion to determine the communication method. webFEAT will make every effort to contact the primary contact, the name of whom have been collected in this form, through this channel but assumes no reponsibility for loss of information, data, time, or any other commodity should there be a fault in this method of communication (other than our own) or if "no preference" was indicated for the preferred communication method. In any and all cases, the terms and conditions of the client's contract with webFEAT shall supercede any and all other terms, conditions, and/or other related references found in this questionnaire or elsewhere.
