Account Manager (Sales & Marketing)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent customer service, sales and people skills. This is a full time on-site position. The account manager is the link between each of our clients and our production and IT departments. The right candidate must have knowledge of the website design environment. Requirements
You MUST have a "relationship" sales attitude and ability.
You must be capable of reviewing the client's current website capabilities, assess their needs and make recommendations for additional site capabilities that will enhance their web presence and increase our sales.
Most sites contain database backend development. While we do NOT expect you to write SQL statements, we also do not want you to "glaze over" when the word database is mentioned. You must be capable of selling add-on items to our clients and assigning coherent details of this work to the production designers and developers.
Client contact will require client meetings at our offices AND at the client’s office. (Dependable car required). You will be responsible for increasing monthly sales to an assigned existing client base.
Obviously, you must be familiar with all Office products, Internet knowledge, email (web and Outlook). Familiarity with ACT is a definite PLUS. Prior design experience would be beyond A+.

Compensation is low to mid $30,000 range to start. Plus bonus and benefits package.
